The title is kinda dumb....not so good at making titles... I mean is she actually dancing? Maybe its a ponygirl dance. Looks like a pose....*cough cough* Can't keep rambling...
lol ok dont ask me what happened to the bg... I got lazy. I drew this for a friend. She wanted to be drawn as a ponygirl. And um I started it in like January of 2007........so I got in a big hurry to finish it because I've put way too many hours into it undoing and redoing things. YES I KNOW....the bottom of her dress isnt shaded... guess what...frankly I dont care. ITS DONE. I have other pictures I wanna work on and my friend isnt picky. hahaha. Don't look too close....theres a ton of flaws.

I used star brushes to make the sparkles by :iconfalln-brushes: shes got some pretty awesome brushes and they work good for lazy people like me. ^.^

Tools: Photoshop CS2
Time: *cough cough* No clue....many many many many hours.... like a million. ok not really..... but seriously..

If you wanna closely critique this...feel free but I've already listed the biggest flaws.
